Like the location and staff. This is my 10th stay there and have recommended it to others.
I really enjoyed my room it was small but clean and had everything I needed including a beautiful view out of my window onto a quiet street. The shower was down the hall but the room had a clean bathroom with toilet and sink for my use. It was very helpful and clean and a great deal for a single traveler in the heart of Rome.
I asked for a late checkout due to a late train, but it was not possible. It may have been due to another booking. I was able to store my bags and also use the Internet from the breakfast room well after checkout, which was nice.
Everything was really nice, almost perfect! The hotel equipment is excellent and the atmosphere as well.
There is only one thing I'v notice during the breakfast - there is no enough of personnel. One person had to service on three different places.
The hotel staff were very helpful and this hotel was good value for money in a good location
My room wasn't air conditioned but the fan was ok. The single room was small but adequate. The shower was down the corridor, which was fine.
Excellent location. Hotel is on a small and silent street but it is very close to supermarket, shopping, city tour bus, historical monuments and museums. Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Good air conditioning. Free safe in the room. Free luggage locker at the reception. Receptionist lady is very kind and helpful.
Small shower, small TV, Italian TV channels only.
The reception staff were great and could not do enough to help....
All is close - the museums, interesting places, the underground, shops
Difficult parking lot of the car
Location is in walking distance (5min) to Spanish steps and Fountana di Trevi. Nearby is Via Vittorio Veneto - lots of restaurants. We stayed at Domus Julia (entrance next to the main hotel) and had a larger room and a larger bathroom then our friends in the main hotel. They accept American Express despite the wrong information on the website. Good pillows to sleep on.
Horrible tv Channels - please do something, people want to watch tv before sleeping. Our room had no view - but therefore it was very quite in the night. Breakfast was good, but every single morning the same stuff.
The location is amazing. I stayed alone and felt very comfortable in the area. 10 minutes walk from the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. This is a clean no frills hotel.
One of the male staff members was much too flirty.
The hotel stuff were very kind.
My partner and I decided to go to rome on our first wedding anniversary, as we felt that were not goig to spend a huge amount of time in the hotel, as Rome is a beautiful city with lots to see we decided to stay at Hotel Juila after reading a number of reviews. Overall the hotel was very nice, staff (were helpful, location was great, the rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was okay (limited but nice). The hotel was 5 mins walk from Trevi Fountain and 10 mins walk from Spanish Steps. All the main hot spots are walking distance and the hotel is 5 mins walk from the metro station. Great Location for shopping as its very close to the Spagna shopping district.
I loved the staff at the front desk! especially the woman (so sorry I did not get her name - pretty with dark hair) who helped solve several problems very quickly and generously. Her goal was to make me comfortable and happy. Gave great advice for getting around. This is a fabulous location! Nice breakfast in the morning, free Wifi. This was my second stay and I hope to return. Thanks so much!
I am not complaining but room 301 is very dark and cave-like with a very very hard bed! I was switched to 402 which was perfect!
Excellent location, nice clean room, nice breakfast. Working aircondition
It would be nice if there was a small refrigirator in the room.
Logation,price and friendly.
Perfect central location in a cool, peaceful sidestreet. Easy walk from Termini station, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon, & much more and access to bus/metro. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet in small but very nice dining room. Traditional style, nicely decorated with decent bed and nice bathroom. Booked this based on other reviews. Spot on! We were not disappointed. Spa supermarket & many restaurants nearby. NB: PICKPOCKETS ON METRO OPERATE IN GROUPS ALL SMARTLY DRESSED MEN+WOMEN. BEWARE THE SUITED GUY WITH RUKSAC PUSHING ON BEHIND YOU! BUY A 3-DAY TICKET ON THE OPEN TOP BUS. ITS MUCH SAFER+CONVENIENT.
